The room closest to the entrance of the guesthouse is the Sinva Room, named after the Sinva stream that flows through the Beech Mountains.

To the left of the guesthouse corridor is the spacious Garadna apartment, named after the Garadna stream in the eastern foothills of the Beech.
The Garadna apartment is 36m2, consists of two separate rooms, a kitchenette and a private bathroom. The apartment has 2 80x200cm beds and a folding corner sofa bed, which provides 2 extra beds for guests. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, a sink, a fridge and a freezer.
